What does this trawl type find?

A common oversight when uploading pages to a web server is to leave in links which point to files on a local disk or local images, e.g. file://c:/myfile.htm or file://c:/myimage.htm. This trawl type will return a potential problem for any type of link or image whose URL begins with file://

How to use this trawl type

You should make sure this trawl type is switched on. There should be a green tick next to this trawl type in the Trawl for... tab. If there is a red cross instead, click the cross to toggle the trawl type on.
