The first tab on the main DeepTrawl screen allows you to set what potential problems to trawl for. There are two main ways to select these options. Firstly you can select / deselect the options using the on / off button attached to each one.

Three options are offered; these represent the different levels of trawl which may be performed.
Using the most extensive trawl finds all the problems DeepTrawl is capable of finding.
The general trawl is the default and finds only the problems considered to be quite severe, but omits other problems you may be interested in.
When you select a trawl level the on/off settings for the individual trawl types will be toggled on/off to reflect the level of trawl desired.
The settings within each trawl level can be changed by turning the individual trawl types on and off as described above.
When setting up a timer using the timer settings dialog you can set the trawl sensitivity for that particular trawl using the change button, as shown below...
